Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order, conduct quality control checks, and pack your items for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times

To offer you the best possible prices on premium leather goods, we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners and distribution centers.

Note: While most packages arrive within 2 weeks, please allow up to 20 business days during peak seasons (like Christmas) or due to customs delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking portal.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items (e.g., a travel bag and a wallet), they may be shipped from different warehouses to get them to you faster. Consequently, items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. Our manufacturing centers are not set up to process consumer returns, and items sent there may be lost.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or on our contact page with your Order # and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct local return address (located in the USA).
  3. Ship It: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] or on our contact page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our local facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
